seriously tho it just makes me work harder on my sound because i don't have Waves, Albino, etc. etc...

I can agree with you some there. Too many tools hinders your creativity and you start to rely on your tools for ideas. Then again if you don't have enough tools you may not be able to accomplish all of your ideas. |

A) 20-25%. That was greater before 2002 (close to 70-75%) but became really low within 2002-6 (less than 10%) where i was d/ling even stuff i didn't need or even never listened to. Now i own only music i listen to (so deleted many MANY d/led mp3's) and started buying originals (mostly cds in special cases or limited 7''s/12''s) because of my job i find 'em in 'before Recordshop' prices. 
B) 2-3%. all of it are gifts from friends or movies that come free with some magazine or newspaper. i copy every movie i rent and i d/l some new i can't wait to watch.
C) 60-65%. same here. all original came with some new graphic card or something like that, plus i rarely play any game at home.
D) nearly 10%. Most originals i own are something like Windows Xp, or some of my favourite DAWs that i don't like to worry about the stability of the cracked one, and some lowpriced favourite plugins i had already used cracked for long. Also freebies.

A) As i lost my complete MP3 Colection, its something like 85% now. ~125 CDs and ~150Vinyls
B) I own exactly one Original Movie DVD, its FF7 Advent Children. But i don´t have much copies around at home, so i think its like 10%
C) 92-95%, i have one Copied game at home atm, and something like 15 or 20 originals...
D) 50% Only Software that came bundled with Hardware, like NERO, PowerDVD and stuff... |
