only non fullon and your genre definition to them .... and released somewhere artists

AKD - progressive trance (and with an extremely underrated debut album released last year).
Cosmic Tone - progressive trance (the first album, the new stuff is much more full on - same deal with Perplex and Visual Paradox for instance).
Echotek - progressive (well, some of his stuff anyways).
Ferbi Boys - techtrance? (sideproject of Sesto Sento by the way)
J.Viewz - Breaks/Chill (sideproject of Violet Vision).
Molecular - progressive (and some more full on). DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

Echotek is fucking fullon right now but Micha's start was progressive tech , close to midi miliz

Cosmic Tone , i classify them as intelligent fullon even that they like progressive alot ......

Echotech still does prog-tech releases, but not on psytrance labels. He recently had a 12" released on Moshic's label (Contrast Recordings) called "The Other Zone". *Definitely* not a full on release - cool moody progressive trance/house.

If you are interested in things beyond trance, here are a couple really talented progressive trance/house producers in Israel..

Moshic
Moshic makes some of the deepest electronic tunes I have ever heard. Check out the remix he did for Pope of Gegga's track "Storm of Pleasure" released on Feed Me Recs. a few months ago. Very long, very deep, and very magical.
