Playing Isratrance 'New Tracks' at parties...

I'm curious about the general attitude about playing tracks at parties that are made available in the 'new tracks' section. Given that the production quality is good enough, would the artists like their tracks played? It seems to me that there are many 'gems' here that deserve the chance to be heard on the dance floor. Thoughts?
I appologize if this is a redundent topic...there's prob. a dozen threads on this..I'm to lazy to play archeologist.

As a dancer - I would love it. Fresh flavor in my ears and on the floor is always a gift.
I hope some aspiring (established - whatever  ) producers give their opinion about this as I am now curious too.
I do not produce (yet  haha) but I'll give you my opinion for whatever it's worth... sometimes two cents but in some markets it goes for a lumpy spliff or cranial massage!  I digress...
I think the exposure would be appreciated. Maybe sending the producer some feedback as to the reception of the beats would be beneficial and welcome. |

i have seen about 1 year ago an
artist released a track in the New Tracks section
and sombody released it on a compilation. |

Hi,
I just posted a track in the new tracks and was contacted by someone to do a remix of it for a compilation releasing in july..
Also i got an pm from someone who plans on playing it on his radio show in france, on thursday...
i like the new tracks section, it has been good to me!!

Sure, but why not ask the artist? They do have an account here if they are posting 
The slight problem I have with the section is the wide usage of yousendit... links expire!

i think if they post in there, it is also to get some kind of promotion - the ones i have spoken, do not mind at all, that their tracks b played at parties
if they are spinned, or mixed - the tracks - it means they are good..or else..they wouldn´t be hearded...

I have listened some of new tracks section and sometimes I find tracks that dont have to jealous anything from those wich are released,so if we make a choose the best of them then why not play at playing at parties...

I think that if the artist does not want people to play and share it he does not put it on the new tracks section available to everyone. I mean it's obvious that people are gonna play it and share it if it's so good hehehe for sure man...We also were contacted by someone and the song was played on the internet radio and reall man when you get to know that your track is being enjoyed man it's great, i mean it's made for this no?

Hehe.. I like that idea.. Fresh new sounds are always welcome I suppose. I guess it would feel good if your track was taken by someone to be played at a party.

One bad thing that can come out from this is that some john doe will download good track from "new tracks", make some EQ work (cuz its mp3) and send it to some kind of label and release it under his name. I really wish that no one do such a dirty thing.
Stealing art of someone is a very bad thing to do.

I guess if you could just contact the producer and ask...?
Then maybe you'd even get it in .wav, I discourage everybody to play .mp3's at parties, that it soooo lame! |

It's just sad when mp3's are being played on the dance floors to many of them !
...contact the producer and ask for a wave maybe you get lucky ... they will not be released anyway !
