Hello community of isratrance

In recent dates ive sadly noticed that a track made by a good friend has been changed.

This track is Radio Head-Idioteque (Antigravity rmx)

and the name has been changed to:

Radio Head-Idioteque (Wrecked Machines rmx)

This track has been made by this Mexican Artist and saddly has been change by traders n downloaders......

I know its true that authors should be more carefull to whom they send their tracks....But still i wanted to make this aclaration .......

Thanks for your time!!!

P.S. To the moderators....please put this thread were ever you think it goes....I placed it here because i didnt know were to put it....

Peace

Cya

I don't think this topic fits the isratrance boards since the whole trading thing isn't allowed in here.
but yes, you're right, when you steal something atleast name it right.

I think traders rename tracks intentionally.

They change the track names to more well know artists, so that people will trade them for more Killa tracks!

It's unstoppable and was already discussed lots of times. Use the search.

Traders just do their thing so just let them be.

The problem lies in artists themselves.

IF ARTISTS STOP GIVING THEIR TRACKS AWAY THEN TRADERS WILL HAVE NOTHING TO TRADE!

Just produce the track, give it to couple of labels for release purposes and then just wait for the track to be released or if not then just produce more and better tracks.

And you find out that a label trades the music that you sent then just ignore them and scratch them from your label list.

Things are simple, dont make them complicated.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

I can see you'r point of view. But i do not agree at all.
You can't blame it totally on the artists. Everyone should be free to send their tracks to friends, without beeing worried that they get's out on the net.
I am very carefull who i send my tracks too, and i don't like telling my friends no, cos you never know who's too trust. They blame is first of all to go on the traders, but it should also go to the artists if they just send their tracks to everyone they speak to on the net, then i can agree with you.
The thing is also hackers.I know a few friends that got hacked into their computer and got stolen their music. THAT IS FUCKING LOW!

Anyway the only way to be safe with our music is, to have a computer with no internet on the comp, we use for music. As sad as it is.

Agree and if labels would stop give the artists Ttracks to their friends and "label DJ's" Then the music would not end up in the hands of the traders - until it is released of course. Then the problem is the same !!!

It's not so Black and White my dead Detox, to say that it's all the artists fault. In the end it's still people that have to make up their minds if they feel it's ok to take something that does not belong to them UNPAID!

Another issue is promotion. Without Promotion such as promo's ect. there's even less sale! Promos insure that the music get's promoted around the world and that people hear the music. It's an old tool that still work the way it's surposed to work!

Maybe if people bothered using decent firewall software? Or better, keep your work computer off the internet? Anyways I find it very hard to believe what you said. Hackers stealing unreleased psytrance straight off artist's computers.. nah           "The dinosaurs became extinct because they didn't have a space program."

Kristian first of all i am alive and kicking as you can see LOL

Well if you read my original post you would notice that i said 'And if you find out that a label trades the music that you sent then just ignore them and scratch them from your label list.' so i already covered you on that part i guess

I though aggree on the promotion part with you so we are in the middle of an evil circle i guess.

I still think though that a serious artist and a serious label can work perfectly together and make promotion without leaking their tracks on the net.

Personally i am very happy that i cant seem to find my labels tracks on the net (except maybe couple of them that i knew i would find before even signing them) and i am very satisfied in working with serious artists like Deedrah,Dino Psaras,Space Cat,Electric Universe,Logic Bomb and more to whom i can trust my money for a track and not being afraid of finding that track on the internet the next day.I guess its all about collaboration and clear details between the artist and the label after all.

I still insist that if the artist and the label clear things from the beginning concerning the safety of a track then this tune will very very difficulty leak into the net.

Not again, traders blah blah blah. I would sue your only for using Radiohead's music which is much more crime than trade shitmix you done with it.
Common Traveller, they send their music to traders to get gigs not fault of firewall or ftp hack. How much they would sell and how much they would gain from sells? Gigs is much more important for any artists. Radiohead track remix done in purpose to sent it thru p2p to make shithead rmx famous.
Even his post tight now is spamming of this mexican artist who is prolly the same guy as the poster.

Nah, mate it is not funny. Seems to me half of this forum are fucking experiened hackers who hack ftp's, sent trojans and upload worldwide in order to get new releases when they prolly in real life can barely use winamp.

One solution would be artists who had their tracks stolen by people from labels they worked with, report here or wherever it's possible so artists know what labels do these things and cut any ties with them.
