Suprisingly nice release I just can't stand those basslines, sorry Still it's worth a listen... tracks 1, 6 and 8 are my favs.           How am I supposed to hallucinate with all these swirling colors distracting me!

i bought this album a month or two ago (maybe longer), tries listening at it a first time, didn't like it, tried listening at it a second time, didn't like it, and didn't even bother trying a third time - thought the basslines and the beat were awful and since then it got to gather dust

untill several days ago that is

when shifting though my music collection for something new to listen at on my way to college i stumbled upon this cd and what the heck, why not take it with me - i'll take grapes of wrath's album with me just in case

so i put it on

first song, cool introsample, nice blast into the track, then that boring bassline again, but it's bearable, then sounds start flying in, a melody... ok i can listen to this
then the melodies intensify, you sort of sense a storm gathering... and a minute later you smack yourself on the head for missing out such a gem with such terrific old-skool melodies for that long

second tune, again a bit boring start, those basslines really aren't the album's strength
and once more the melodies storm into your brain, electrifying your mind and taking it to every single corner of the universe

and the best tunes haven't even't arrived, tunes like afrobad, i don't need your justice and phinalizer are of a level unheard of these days - not that they're necessarily better than other current releases but because they have this magic goatrance feeling that is so extremely rare

in conclusion, the production quality is somewhat sub-par especially those basslines, but i sense i feel it's something of a healthy neglect: if i have to choose between production quality and those overpowering driving melodies you can bet on me picking the last one

A very regrettable thing happened.
I should tell to everyone.

Shinnosuke(one of Phi) died in Goa of India only a few days ago.
The traffic accident by motorbike is a cause of one's death.
I 'm very regrettable..

Whats happening why are our artists slipping away from us, RIP really sad.

What do you mean bad basslines? Like old goa baselines where it doesnt matter because on a trip it wount matter. Or terrible like boring flat full-onish baselines?

Example: Bubble - Airless (Jukk, i hate the baseline of this album)
