Iboga Records presents the first full length album from Perfect Stranger.
It is written by Yuli Fershtat, which also was behind the famous act BLT. He previously released 3 full length albums on Hommega and Tokyo Dance Records, plus single releases on a pile of compilations around. Yuli has as BLT also released a CD single and an EP12” on Iboga with good success.
The last couple of years have seen Yuli work closer with Iboga, which he compiled two cds for, namely Set: 4 Essentials from 2004 and Hibernation, which has release on Iboga in February 2006. Both Compilations holds a track from Perfect Stranger as well as the compilation Set: 5 by Banel & Emok.
The new album sees Yuli explore the borders of trance music and his blend of sounds has generated an interesting style full of groove and tricky details, all making it up for a fun journey into his musical universe. Release date 27th of February 2006.

only heard few , but from what i heard this one is a real gem ...

Long time passed since 'God is Love'. It wasn't Yuli's last album, but It was his best work imho and Eternal classic.
Can't w8 to get the new album(b).

It is time for the stranger to come out of his lair!!! beware foolish humans!
Now seriously this is a fine,deep and rich album we got here 
The production is phat and detailed and the sounds are crisp and clear,and i might add unlike most israeli prog releases this one does have a certain european flavour to it,especially in the build up of the tracks and the language they speak.
Personal favorites are the deep Starter,the sexy Dr.feelgood,the atmospheric Hyperdrive and the epic Truth with Emok....

Congrats Yulmeister with your new groove epic. This music is like a fresh breeze in the progressive scene.
Phat production, subtle soulfull melodies and great attention to groove and detail in every single track that work on the dancefloor but are also interesting enough to listen to. I;m familiar with some of these tracks for a while and it's definitly one of those releases that keep growing on you. My faves: morning blues & truth and ofcourse Desert session Yalaaa |
