no really it will fool your pc into using the ip you specify in the hosts file (207.44.158.62) instead of trying to resolve oztrance.com via DNS. Dale or the owner of the domain has let the domain name expire and DNS servers have dropped it. U could just wait till he pays for it and the ip starts resolving via DNS again.

Oztrance is better off staying dead!
Whilst it has been useful for info on parties, tunes, blah blah, it has divided many in the scene, and given alot of fuckwits and easy outlet to talk shit, slander and abuse each other. Better off gone imo.
