Oh god, I wish you didn't post the time table at all.
Ticon on Friday afternoon.... Ticon on Friday afternoon!!!!
I can only get to Ozora Friday evening, cause my boss is evil. Now I'm wondering to go or not to go... at all.
Ozora 2007 = 80% Ticon.
Come on... they're too big to be put on friday.
*hopes that Ticon will get moved*

Common, it's a festival, not a weekend party. Nobody is too big for nothing.
Im not a fan of Ticon, but i think everybody on the dancefloor will be satisfied with them on a beautiful friday afternoon. (but yes, its a pitty, that your boss is evil. bring him also! )

I'm not complaining, the time-table is very well made.
I just wish I could have caught Ticon, I've been excited about Ozora all year because of them. I'll see if i can trick my boss somehow...
Ticon guys, if you read this, try to be a little late, will you? hehehe
-- We tryed to get so drunk before we left that we would miss the flight and play later, unfortunally we can stand alot more drinks than we thought and we went on time. sorry about that

Thank you OzoraTeam for this wonderful festival!
I had a beautiful time and I was deeply impressed by the effort and love that obviously had been put into this project. But also impressive the absolutely professional and neat organisation even during torrential rain.
"Spirit" maybe a overused word, but I have no other word for that "it" that this party had in endless amounts! The hungarian and all partypeople, the mood, everything was just so perfect, I really don't know the word, but it is the thing why I'm into this scene. I never thought this "it" would be possible in a party of this size. But Ozora you did it!!
Simple but effectful, natural decoration and no senseless money spent in annoying flicker lightFX. Exactly my taste!
The Soundsystem was ok, but the bass was compared to the highend much to low. I believe this led to turning up the volume till the bass rocked enough and ended up in having a high end above 4khz which, in my opinion, was irresponsibly and unnecessairy loud. I couldn't be on the dancefloor without earprotection and was shocked to see people be in front of the speaker over days without protection. I know, its always loud, but at this party the very high end was more than that.
55 Euro for all this infrastructure and LineUp! I think a very LOW price to pay and I really hope that it is worth it for the hungarian people who cleaned, put straw, pulled cars etc. and for the organisation.
Astonishing again and again how untidy, unmature some guest are. Some just seem not to realise where they have to put their trash.
The LineUp was just brilliant. I would say very diversified with emphasis on psychedelic music not mattering from which "style" or "subgenre". Very open minded and excellent choosen. With Cosmosis, Tristan, Prometheus, Laughing Buddha, Human Blue, Hallucinogen an obvious old school of psychedelic trance which impressivly showed what this music actualy is or was. Except to Hallucinogen they all played mostly impressive, new music of them. Very inspiring. But even though Hallucinogen played only few new things he impressivly showed that sounddesign- wise he actualy already did almost everything that is being done in psychedelic trance till today already back in 1995 and 1997.
I saw Cosmosis and Laughing Buddha hanging around at the party all days which I found very likable, since many "bigwigs" are more the "FlyIn-FlyOut" kind .
Cosmosis' stage presence! Great! I loved all the liveacts above. Except Prometheus, which wasn't my taste since to head orientated, cold for me, but very creative and special. I would say somekind of psytranceJazz Great to see artists go new ways, I enjoyed it. Tristan was a bit too "normal" in style for me but still rocked !
From the above in my opinion Cosmosis was the one who had a "have-own-style/go-with-time" ratio closest to 1. (do the math what that means )
Obviously left out were newer, hyped acts (and DJs who play those) who generally play rather unpsychedelic party music. But this doesn't mean that there weren't modern FullOn, but just that if it was, it was a more psychedelic, "trippy" choice, than what I'm used to in switzerland.
Still I didn't like a lot of the music, sometimes I found it, as always at parties, uhm.. stupefying... but the concentration of music I liked was exceptionaly high .
I want to point out "Kraak" who played absolutely open minded music mixed new and old music of all styles and for once was a DJ who had the selfconfidance to do non-beat-on-beat mixing if he had otherwised destroyed the final part of a song.
Absolutely recommended DJ! Thanks a lot!
A wonderful experience and I will be there next year for sure!!
PS: Thanks a lot for the hungarian people who pulled my car out of the mud the last day!!
