Just heard your samples from the Sunline recs. website and I freaked. Beautiful sounds! Been searching for psychill breaks like these ever since Tripswitch.
Where and when do I find an album?  |

Well I'm first surprised that you're publically speaking this way about us before having advised me personally that you're very angry now about all the delays we encounter for releasing your album.
In your last message you still showed patience, as always and I was happy about this as I've to get patient with finding out a distributor too...
Secondly: waiting for a year to have his first album released isn't a shame,its on the timing.
3rd I've worked out very hard to send your album to other labels and distributor to know if they want to release/press it for Sunline...
Surprisingly Ajana Records got your Unstable Elements cd promo past year (in May if I remember well) and at the end we were betrayed as I can see you signed a track with them while THEY SAID they haven't the time to take care of your album for Sunline as they have too much work to do for their own label, so no interrest a year ago..now its o.k to sign a track of you..what's next?

You didn't let me the time to tell you about that, I'm ashamed as it was on my shedule for today, was supposed to send you a nice private email, now too bad you know about this in public =(
As you'll see you still have your full artist page..But not for long as it seems you decided to work against us =(
You can also see that I'm still working very hard to make your album out and I'm not responsible if distributors seems not interrested in your music (that I like very much I should say again)
1-So did you asked why Ajana don't want to release your album? I'm very curious about that as they want to release one of your track, and they said "don't have time for Sunline records -so Unstable Elements album-" to me.
2-Don't you remember I told you can send trax to other labels while we're still trying to have your album out, but only new or those who won't show up on your album?
Now you signed "Technical Illusions" the main theme track of your album with them, what was going on your head at that time?
Did Ajana never told you that I already asked them to have your album out?
I sent them 2 demo cd's past year: your album and FWD album.
3-I've worked on your cd Digipack cover as we agreed with your images , all is ready and I also spend hours to make the final mastering of album...
We sent many promo's and still trying to find out a distributor, plz understand that we're as deceived as you are.
We have worked hard as you certainly did to try to release out your nice album, but we haven't got any positive answers until ...well maybe today!! If Ajana can take now this situation seriously, they may want to release your album...So we have to speak more and finally having a professional relationship to make the album out on Ajana, why not in fact as it was in my head since past year..So why all these contorsions, all this shit to finally have what I was thinking about a year ago???

I admit this contract is simple and straight to the point, but not a piece of shit...If you still embarrassting we may put this case in court if "Technical Illusions" track is out on Ajana Records as we have the 5 year exclusivity signed by your hand with your album...Of course if we can finally find a professional way to release your album with Ajana (as I was trying to do in the past I have to say again, as I've contacted Ajana past year for you)then we may be all happy...But we have to do that properly in accordance with our contract which is not a piece of shit, ok?
2-You make me thinking about our contract and we did it so simple to have debut artists like you understanding it quite fast..But now you made me thinking to prepare a much complex one, an usual contract as "piece of shit" wasn't the aim on our first, I'm sorry if your lawer is suceptible and didn't got the main point, which is to me a very nice way to help out.
Well, where isgoing your respect now?
Plz read carefully my words and get back to me privately, I'm clean and have nothing to hide, if you think everyone must know the truth about your postponed album, let's show out the emails I sent you since a year and I'll try to find out the emails I sent to Ajana + their answer about your album demo I got back.
Have a great day and good luck..It seems its started not very well for your first release and I'm very sorry, but I feel also very bad and today I feel betrayed by you and Ajana...This is something to think about.
But nothing is permanent and we may find a way to accomodate everyone in this story.

Now about Ajana ... we sent them a few old and new tracks _not from album_ They selected "Technical Illusions".
http://psyvortex.compot.ru/cover.jpg - here is album tracklist. I can't see "Technical Illusions" in this list. I thought trackname and albumname different things. Anyway it is only coincidence. Imho there is no problems. If it is problem for you, we will change name of track.
We are still waiting album @ Sunline Records.
About the rest read e-mail.

ONE year is too much for ONE release.
How can Sunline call yourself record label,if they didn't
release anything in this period?
Unstables are very perspective guys,good lesson of russian
psychill stage.
Too much bad situations with russian musicians
for these 2 years.
for the other example is USTA......they released russian compilation...but,I'm sorry,
through the ass.With great mistakes etc.no money.no promotion.
and it's not the end of story
If the original contract contains issues about 5 years rights of label on tracks it is not means
"album release will take place in that 5 year period"
one year already To MUCH period for release one album.
Music getting older....new sounds,new ways.
Unstabels need these release for promotion and self realization.
And we hope this story will get good end for both sides.

good luck astral waves with releasing unstable elements album. their music is deserve to be released for sure. i wish you all the best and hope that all will be ok in the nearest future.
and vortex i think that with this whole situation and your long time waiting its not a big deal for you to wait for a little more. i know its very sad to be like you were in a situation that not resolving for monthes but it looks like you have find far not bad label to release your works. good luck and do not let bad emotions and wrong decisions break you efforts.

Unstable Elements one of the most promising Russian projects ! Exelent tunes & sound combination ! I got cd of U.E. last year ..and was very impressed about their work 
Very glad to know about album release ) My congatulation ! RESPECT !
