first of all concerning BEER SHEVA I can tell you that as of today the city of BEER SHAVE will start to get its supply of music once again.
As for online shop in Israel the thing is in process and sooner than expected the crowd in Israel and outside of course will enjoy the option to buy online and get the stuff for half the shipment price of the international sites.

saikosounds does it for me , been shopping there for a long time now and always get service with a virtual smile. their range is becoming broader all the time ,you can choose your method of delivery (dhl is the only way IMO ) and reserve cds before they arrive. and most importantly if something is screwed up somehow they will respond to your emails as soon as they can (unlike a certain shop in germany!!) try them out

think it delivers only in switzerland but it s fast, shipping-free, and cheaper than normal stores ( like jamarico, jecklin or whatever ).

when talking about swiss shops, try

they store goa vinyls and some cds and also other electronic music. very big stock and they deliver international as much as i know.
