Your mates got good taste Sarasin!! My favourite track on the album(well I don't know the name) but there is a sample that says: Its daylight, you might wanna put your visors down....!! Wicked indeed!!

the tracks that did it for me... hmmm lets see

my first fisrt first favourite was in 1993,, hallucinogen - LSD

shortly followed by alstral proj - mahadeva

then the ones wich really got me HOOKed were on a 1996/7 transient compilation called "dreamcreation" and the two in particular - CHI AD "eye am the eye" and DELTA "as a child"
two opposites at the time formed the backbone of my music today,,, drak hard psy tech (delta) plus masive epic mellody (chi ad)

the first artist album which really changed the way i saw trance was in 1997/8,, CYDONIA "fear of a red planet" - way ahead of its time - real psychedelic - pure LSD - and nasty too when everything else was just strating to turn into "full on" or minimal

forreal!!

I had started DJing and was following the trance scene....but was not big on Goa....

Then i got the Distance to Goa 8 CD. The double CD....with Sand Dunes on the cover.

That Second CD was outta this world.

Soon after ....i was only into Psychaos....Tortured Brain....Delta!!!!

So hard.....Deadly ...and Twisted. (For that time)

The only other tracks i had that came close....was the Matsuri stuff.....and Hux Flux (Idiot).

I recon thats what got me TIGHTLY infused with Trance!
