Oforia - Headed For Infinity (Mrach 05 - BNE / YOYO Records)

Hi All !
Oforia just released his 5th solo album - Headed For Infinity and this is a good reason for write a review 
1. Northern Lights (8:17) 145 BPM
Ofer opens his album with a full power ! u can feel Oforia's unique style all over it , tune without too much feelings just power , power and power  He puts also a nice guitars in it for add more madness and chaos. Definitely excllent way for opening an album.
2. Beams Of Light (7:37) 145 BPM
The tempo is still high but here u can hear more feeling and emotions. The track begin with nice melody and continue with Ofer's special touch ! the brake in 3:50-4:40 make me flyyyy ! beatifull playing and good effects ! groovy track.
3. Headed For Infinity (8:08) 142 BPM
We got to the title track...and one of the best for sure. Brilliant melody together with a nice vocal till the kick start , groovy tempo. Many effects that make you dance with a lot of energy and the brake that start from 4:45 just add more emotions and power together...the track is not relax for a second !
4. High Gear (7:34) 146 BPM
The fastest tune in the album. This one released before in BNE's compilation but it's so good that Ofer decided to add it to the album too. The tune full with games in the bass line and happy melodies that make me smile. Very good track for the dance floor.
5. Anti Gravity (7:16) 143 BPM
This tune is a bit diffrent than the others - the bass is more fatter but still with Oforia's magic. The track is in progress till it get to the brake 4:30 and than the guitars get in and the brake is up and up and over with awesome sampel and than people can't stand anymore , they must dig and dig.
6. Serious (6:51) 145 BPM
Ofer made here an excllent deep tune without any happy feeling , just 'Serious' dance  The groove is still inside and the games that Ofer like to put. Like I said before this one is more 'Serious' than the others.
7. Machines Job (7:17) 145 BPM
WOW ! one of the best tracks of Oforia ever (at least for me) ! the bass line that enter in 0:13 just make me pump like a crazy , amazing groove and stretched bass. 1 minute after the track just get more power. Perfect track , just brilliant ! it's not a 'Machines Job' , it's a human job - Ofer's job
8. Cyber Hiker (7:34) 140 BPM
The bpm down seriously here...it's something between full-on and progressive - fat bass line and complicated effects ! I think it's an excllent track to open set with. Good groove and the tempo goes down in the best way.
9. Substance (7:49) 144 BPM
When I played this one in the cd played , I expect for slow tune with more feelings and emotions but I got a surprise - even in the last track, Ofer doesn't relax and produce a high quality track with many melodies and effects. I suppose thar Ofer want leave us with ambition for more otherwise I can't explain it. Crazy and powerfull track with an excllent work on the dance floor...AWESOME !
All in all , it was an enjoyable experience to hear this album and I just wish for more like this one. If u want to take part in this experience , don't wait anymore , go to stores and buy it.

a friend told me it wasnt up to his expactations.. im going to have to find out for myself. nice review guy - made me curious about this release as i enjoy oforia's track on compillation almost always. guy - are there any collaborations on this cd?

In the CD cover write : "All tracks written, arranged, produced by Ofer Dikovsky".
By the way , the mastering made by Avi Algarneti (Space Cat) in his studio. |

Great simplicity production, crystal clear bass, wowowowo
This guy is back with one of the best albuns lately for me..
Killer great and fresh full on style from Ofer ..
Perfect job for me.. This guy knows how to do it and do it well..
Best tracks: 1 /3 /7
All the others are really great as well

the first time i listened it i was a bit disapointed, i dont know why .. but 2 second time i enjoyed it so much !! i like it a lot ,for me it s one and maybe the best album from ofer! |

The more and more I get to listen to this album I also enjoy it!  Album has a nice flow and all the tracks are amazing! Nice one Ofer!
First track is a real stomper!!

hey guys,
i think here is a very brilliant album !!! i like every track and i think he blow many heads off with this stuff ..littel joke
great album from one to nine very excellent full on psy trance at its best ..atmosphereical pads with wicked fx sample and lovly melodies make this to one of the best album this year until now ...
my favorite tunes are substance, headed for infinity , anti gravity and northern lights ...but i think all tracks are very innovative and powerfull ...a must buy for sure !!!

this one i went to buy in the day tht came out, i was the first person to buy it in the symbiose store here in portugal, i was so ansioux to get my hands on this materpeice. i allways loved ofer work as oforia as weel as pigs in space, this album reach my spectatives his work is very meanfull for me.
i like all the tracks but beams of light and head for infinity are the ones tht will stay in my head for long time, wht a tracks the melodies are perfect for mornings i see same space cat influence but thts why it should be i always compare this fine artists.
i went to see oforia live two weeks ago and i must say this is serious dancefloor material.
keep giving us more ofer |
