Am i the only one to notice psyshop has the top 10 according to the cds they have exclusivity over? . . .
After 2+ yrs of pleading they still have our name spelled wrong . . . PATHETIC no?

Just by looking at the psyshop top10 cd list I must say that I wouldn't buy a single one of those  so either their customers have very bad taste or then the list isn't indeed based on sales.
Now Saikosounds top looks a bit more realistic. I expect artist albums to sell a lot more than compilations? Or maybe I'm totally wrong. Personally I pretty much only buy compilations from Twisted & Interchill "The dinosaurs became extinct because they didn't have a space program."

You will see, on our top ten page, that you can choose the scope based on the number of days, weeks or months. I think this addresses your point.

here is the top 5 of the last 12 month:
1. Neorology / VA
2. Carnaval / Tikal
3. Phinalizer / Phi
4. Punktator / Jothi
5. We Interface / XDream
looks absolutly realistic..

I believe saikosounds includes their give-aways in the tops (the top 3 were all freebies at one point or another).

I personally bought six out of the saiko top ten for October... and eight out of the top ten for the last three and six months... so this makes more sense to me
To compare... I only bought one of the top ten on psyshop.
The explanation could be that people with good taste shop at saikosounds
