promoters please, i'm tired of hearing the same full on / progressive / two step / polka (delete as appropriate) at london parties.

what we really want is some real / different / crazy (delete as appropriate) music at the night so that the real music lovers / nutters / phreaks can get off on one.

i remember back in the day / in goa / in my parents shed the night used to have a progression from slow music to warm up and finishing with slower stuff again so that people could chill out / cop off / leave quietly.

promoters: is it too much to ask of you to risk a shed load of money getting an act only me and my mates have ever heard of to come and play?

yes! this is exactly what england needs. a return to time honured traditional values of a good old knees up - country style.
And im not talkin conty counrty and western but real proper country with hankerchief waving, bells and stick bashing...
alas! gone are the beltane days when me and my brethern tony 'two sticks' had a good crack of the baton on a lovely summers day outdoor.
how i miss the bliss of a skip and fro as the smily faces come and go - up and down the merry go round...
ye chris! ye! hay nonnie non nonnie hay nonnie non oh ye!
...oh the shame.           1-0-1-0-1-0-1-0-?-0-1

Yeah thanks for that Tom... mate!... Really constructive!

I guess this has all come about due to the thread i started.

You actually almost quoted me...
progression from slow music to warm up, to something faster and finishing with slower stuff again, is actually something myself and many people want... rather than 8 hours of the same thing over and over.

House music changed you maaaaan!
