Hello. As you all know ambient is a very wide genre. So I would like some ambient recommendations, but this time, stuff that is not related to psytrance. That means no psytrance side-projects. Also nothing from the 'usual' labels like Liquid Sound Design, Interchill, Ultimae, etc.
Any recommendations are welcome, ambient, downbeat, chill-out, whatever. Old, or new stuff, it doesn't matter. Just give it to me!
Keep chillin'

Yes RöyksopP is quite nice !!
The Ultimate tip* : MorcheEba (nice meaning btw)
I'll play a few songs in a party next month..
and also Kid Loco : very good
In a bit more HipHop side, watch out for Dj Krush' stuff with smoOth instrumental journeys.. wicked !
and nice guy BTW ! Also the undeniable Beastie Boys who have imagined magic instrumental songs also !
And the last one, also a bit "strange" (i'll play it at dawn) : some of the Tito & Tarantula stuff (good friends of Quentin Tarantino) with especially "After Dark", performed in the Titi Twister when Salma Hayek begins to Dance (woooooooow so....) in the movie "From Dusk Till Dawn"...
Enjoy
(*) this is of course very subjective..
