Non European Minimal?

Ever since minimal started to develope (Atmos, Noma...), this genre has been created entirely in Europe (Scandinavia, Germany, Swizerland, Poland...)
My Question is: Does true minimal music exist outside of europe?

Holland,Germany,Scandinavia(except finland),Poland :Is more minimal and techno...
Spain-France : is a mixture of techno sometimes full on and sometimes melodic
Russia: Full on Madness and Madness...
America: Mainly Full on ...
Greece : Techno Full on staff but minimal is becoming popular here too ...more minimal artists in the future...
Israel : Is about everything but less minimal than north european countries
Australia : Crazy 'Psy-Harmonic' style
Japan : ??? |

hehehe, well believe it or not, there is actually some really great and refreshing progressive coming out of finland at the moment.
hypersonic whomen are making huge waves!, and also check out a new group called 'kuukernakkel', really nice, smooth stuff.

not really that much anymore... unfortunately
but soon you will be hearing alot more from the australian progressive community, with many great artists emerging in this genre.
keep an eye out for:
Sensient
Sun Control Species
Cyanescens
Namhaj
and im sure alot more to come!

Israel - Molecular, Lyte, yotopia, Atom, Cosma
Brazil - Bob (I think he is from Brazil)
