I think Cosma is not minimal at all...(IMHO)
Another Brazilian representative of minimal,he's "Soulflyer",and Kenneth- "BoB",he's Brazilian you right.

btw, i think cosma is a varied artist; some of his work is minimal (most of it), some is more on the melodic side...

what i have heard frm Cosma does not sound at all minimal imho - maybe i havent heard it all but i would almost classify it as melodic trance.

Cosma? Pixel? Lish? Evil Drug Lords? true they are Israeli but....sorry NOTING to do with minimal.....
no releases of Minimal in Israel but i know Ron Lyner is working on some nice stuff and im allso trying but...its sound like shit  hehehe
Munchie.....when i think of Minimal these days i think firstly of the Australian Sensient(and his very own Zenon Rec')....and then prob' Krumelur...
great minimal is/was done in BRAZIL by Minimal Criminal(Valerio and Bruno) but i think they are more in to Groovie Prog' now......check out some tunes by them... http://fiberonline.uol.com.br/artista.php?id=848

the only israeli minimal connected artist that i can think of is platform.
most (ALL!) israeli producers listed above are not near minimal influences at all if u ask my humble opinion
