i highly recomend following two types of dark (i think they should have this name):
1. doof rec. type
projects as entropy, zirkin, blanka, double r.e.l. you can add to them stuff by quasar and some of ocelot stuff. these two from usa and many american artists nowaday have very dark and stunning tracks. i thinks usa is one of the darkest places 
2. scandinavian artists as jahbo, insane behavior, garpes of wrath, cosmo and many more. also in this type you can place para halu, kindzadza i think. there are also more (in my ears) psychedelic stuff from traskel, procs and other sanaton rec. acts.
and my personal favorites are highko blisargon demogorgon phobium and soundless... they are more full-on but still very good music.
also check penta and mubali these two are very good though i cant put them in any of above categories.
it were only examples - sure you can find many more if you will dig them...
