argh... i checked it..., maybe its just me that i couldnt get a good sound of it.
there was no way to make the 2 sines work together, with no phase collapsing...
even the preset got a strange waveform.
with smexoscope you cant say anything so i bounced it.
anyone smarten than me?
cheers

Lol, well of course.
When you add two sine waves together the output will be the sum of the two.
The question is ... why is this a problem for you? It is an established technique.
You want a perfect sine wave - try the infekted technique, earlier psykicks, or bazzism.
If you want something that sounds more like contemporary kick drums, like say Scorb, or older kicks like Astral Projection, you need layered kick drum synthesis, and just have to accept that it will not 'look' perfect. .

cool, works here.
How about adding a sync feature? so that you can sync parameters to the song.
Sweep length in msec(or note values lie 1/64 ), root note etc ...

syncd sweep length is a good idea, and something I've toyed with before - the issue is that sometimes produces release clicks, but this is definitely something that I'm interested in and hope to look into in the future. After careful consideration (the first Psykick did indeed 'do' this effectively) I decided that root note was not really needed - the bas hz are still settable in the sub range which already does the job.
Thanks for your constructive feedback though - it all goes in the melting pot for the next one.

so finally.. its working fine here in cubase 5 on win 32!
BUT:
i dowloaded the file 6 times (did it from different computers to check) and only two times it would download completely. the other times the file would be incomplete but without a warning or a sign that the download wasn´t complete!!
for all those where it does not work:
the file should be 1.123 mb and not less
and finally i had to rename it for cubase 5 to detect it.. and yes it´s an original copy of c5
anyway: it rocks, so big time cheers speaka !!!

great, glad it finally works for you!
Yeah, what happens is, if Cubase detects there is something wrong with a plugin, it 'blacklists' it, as it could potentially cause Cubase to crash when Cubase is loading - as it isn't possible for Cubase to predict how the faulty plugin will respond (up to and including BSOD!), it is easier, and safer for them to shove that plugin name onto a 'do not load' list.
Of course, if the download was faulty, rather than the plugin, as is the case there, that means the file needs to be renamed at the end, because when it does work right, Cubase has no way of knowing that the .dll will not crash anymore, and it doesn't rescan.
So, it isn't to do with the legitimacy or whatever of the Cubase, its just Cubase trying to protect the end user from a dodgy plugin knocking over their entire system.
Glad it finally works for you dude!
