All the Electribe/Mutekki guys on one CD - this could be interesting. I certainly hope the different artist names they use here indicate that they are going to experiment a little bit with their usual style. If so, this will definitely be one to get my hands on.

Best of luck with this one!

BTW, if Astro Records is going to do future country-specific compilations, then I would love to see an all-Greek progressive CD. You guys have some incredible talent coming from your country - Dousk, G.Pal, Sultan & The Greek, Stel & Good Newz, Nick & John Dalagelis (Greeks in NYC).

Good to see new Greek efforts on proggy tunes.Keep up           Surprisingly though, its main everyday use is as a vocative form of displaying one's befriending: "Yassou re malaka!" (in the same way that Australians use the word "bastard" and the British use the word "mate").

Hell yeah, Zombi

Baggy Bukkador IS the one who made V.i.P.... Remixed in a fanstastic way on the VA Floorfillers @ Hadshot...Something amazing, so to say..

BTW Peter Jürgens and Oliver Klein, with in example the remix of Sliky Disco (Disko Slickers.. by Jürgens)is something awesome !!!

So this one sounds tasty already, can't wait to hear it !

Best luck & cheerz

Mauritius/Crusher/Marc ‘o Tool
Three projects on which apparently is hidden the young talented Marco Iletschko from Essen/Germany.

DJ Marc O`Tool is handled as one of Germany’s most talented and uprising progressive house pioneers.

He currently owns two labels , Mauritius as well as Underworld Rec. Marco can look back on over 80 releases he used to publish on various nationally and internationally renowned labels like Hooj Choons, Maelstrom, Superfly Records, Spot On and Poison Recordings, not only as Marc O´Tool but also under his diverse monikers such as Ballroom or Motorcraft.

Meanwhile we must not regret the fact that he is also equally requested and well-known for his remix works and has put his spell on records such as DJ Tiesto´s “Urban Train”, which entered the UK sales-charts at # 20, Tall Paul vs. INXS “Precious Heart”, Martin H, JBN or DJ Quicksilver.

Back on 2002 he teamed up with ELECTRIBE.Having gained the support from almost every toplevel dj in the world without seeing any boarders of style – people like Deep Dish, John Digweed, Satoshi Tomiie, Sander Kleinenberg, Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, Saeed & Palash, Moguai, Tall Paul, are just a very few examples .

A combination of some of the most outstanding tracks which had been produced the last months had been bound together to his very first artist album called “Tao”. Introduced by the self-named “Tao”-EP including “Passenger 2.0”, a re-design of his biggest success to date on Hooj Choons´ sister label Lost Language under his Ballroom guide and now turned into an official Marc O´Tool single, he again made it to catch the spotlight and to have his music played in all the big rooms around this world.

Laptech/Wheed Baskin

Laptech and Wheed Baskin are the result of the collaboration between Baggy Bukaddor and Tim Fishbeck.

Baggy Bukaddor formally coming from Spain a maniac lover of music started producing music from his youth age.

The track that kicked things off for him was world clique´s “Don´t do it” on Sounds Good Rec., which was heavily supported over months by tops such as Timo Maas, John Digweed and Paul van Dyk. But also Oakenfold and Tiesto took tracks from the world clique´s alias by their hand and apart from playing out the tunes, they also included some of their productions on their leading compilations - followed by Slinky, Gatecrasher and Kontor. From now on things developed quite fast for him, he teamed up with famous DJs and soon he saw himself being one of Germany´s most highly acclaimed producers for techhouse and progressive music.

Together with OLIVER MOLDAN he wrote a whole bunch of tracks for labels such as germany´s leading Superstar label (“Elephantgirl”, which reached #11 of the german dance charts & “Freefall”), Hope Recordings (“Cowboy Song”) and Bliss Productions (as DEFUNCTION) beside remixes for Fragma, Taucher, Billy Ray Martin and Kolo, just to name a few. But he´s is also the one behind the Mutekki based project PAUL NORD, whose single “Dog” has been licensed to UCMG UK, and the famous “Hedgehog”-single (including the highly praised and Ministry featured Saeed & Palash Remix), which has conquered the UK by storm and which has been signed by UK´s hot Maelstrom Rec.
JIGSAW (together with Oliver Klein) on Timo Maas´ 4twenty imprint, the Gatecrasher featured WHEED BASKIN on Maelstrom, PANIC IN THE STREET (again with Oliver Klein) on german Silly Spider, being the production partner of SVEN PALZER (Electribe, TuneInn, Superfly Rec)

Oliver Klein

Oliver Klein is a brandname amongst djs and producers worldwide.

He conquered the international dancefloors last year with his powerfull single “Rheinkraft”, making way for a plethora of remixes including Tiësto „ Flight 643“, Members of Mayday „ Sonic Empire“ and Harry `Choo Choo` Romero „Tania“.
These masterpieces were perfect proof of oliver`s qualities as producer.

There was nostopping this german power machine...his follow up single “Timeloop” obtained massive support when international airplays were launched from radio1 key djs such as Seb Fontaine, Judge Jules and Pete Tong. Timeloop was the definitive floorfiller with Ministry Magazine voting it as one of the 15 best tunes in 2001.

Fully recoperated, his time has been spent together with studio partner Jürgen Driessen to produce his new single “Shakedown” due for release soon on Maelstrom UK and Silly Spider in Germany. He also aded the spice to Jürgen Driessen`s latest single “Help Me” by co producing the track, which is due for release on their own label Mutekki.

The Dj forefront has been equally action-packed in the past 12 months, spinning with big legends such as Paul Van Dyk, Dave Seaman and Tiesto in Ibiza at Cream. With guest sets in Uk`s superclubs such as The Gallery, Passion, Cream, Type and Colours has won him a solid fan base in the uk. Special apearances with Trevor Rockliffe in NYE, Paul Oakenfold at Cream and Seb Fontaine in London`s The Cross furthered his credibility on the decks.

His success is sure to continue with the launch of his much awaited debut mix album “International Sound of… Oliver Klein” released by New State Entertainment, UK.

.
In between all these dates Oliver still made it to put his uncopyable remix-spice to the likes of Who da Funk “Shiny Disco Balls” (Cream Rec, Subliminal / entered the UK sales charts at #16), Rob Dougan “Furious Angels” (Cheeky Rec., “Clubbed to Death”, co-producer of O.T.Quartett “Hold that sucker down” together with Rollo from Faithless) and Capoeira Twins “Lose Control” (Silly Spider, Hope Rec., UK).
