Hi Isratrancers, i am sorry to open this kind of thread, and i am very, very upset with something i just have found in soundcloud at minutes ago
and i simple cant believe on what some people is able to do get atention...
please read carefully, and if you are from Mexico, if you know this guy, his intentions or why he is doing this, please inform in your local scene the scame he is...

claims himself as "visual cosmico"
an alias not much different from mine, something thats not a problem,
the problem starts when i se a picture that it looks a lot from my self as long as several tracks incluinded unreleases content i uploaded to soundcloud
the picture is from a videocapture made by friend in what apears to be me performing in ozora festival 2011
but thats not what is really pissing me off..
i just entered in state of shock, when i see one of the tracks i am working right now in my studio in his profile, white his name, even if the track is completly unfinished, or at least, he is presenting a demo, like it was "his demo"
people even coment and praise him, wich is funny, because i had the track in my profile during some weeks and he even got more feedback...
this is completly nonsense, what is this guy thinking??
i understand that for him, perhaps this is just a matter of seeking atention, but people totaly forget how a simple music file doesnt matter, how "streamable" or ilegaly possible to download its possible...
right now i am feeling like i was raped some how... like anyone was stealing my life and using my body or soul
and this is just unaceptable, i never thought this could happen to me, serisouly i allways thought i was fairly low profile producer with some nice feedback online and some decent gigs sometimes, but i would never think this kind of stuff would happen
i do enjoy to upload stuff to soundcloud and show new material to people, but this situation makes me re-think if i should do it...
should i upload music like i did showing previews of tracks that in production for my next studio album and weeks after my content be in othersp profile? out of my control???
i am sorry for hte long post, and non accurate english, i am sad, tired and nervous... i just got the entire day in my studio working and at the end of the day this was mhy prize....

this is even worse than i expected...
initialy i thought that was a something like a soundcloud prank... a guy that uses soundcloud for trolling out...
it apears to be much more than that...
after search a little more about this guy
i found other social networks, where you can really tell this dude is insane...

Unfortunetly that kind of things happen, it's very rare, but I saw it already. Indeed strange
I think his comments are also fake, made by bot or sth. All his comments are made by girls & he is one and only friends of them.
It reminds me post made by Speedsound records, that they're offering hundreds of fake likes, comments on fb, soundcloud & everywhere

its more than identity theft unfortunaly...
after search from some hours... heres what i discovered:
He is trying to get gigs in mexican scene, he had made conversations with several festival owners
he had downloaded some of the videos i have in youtube, performing in germany and hungary in places like ozora... and he swap the name of videos and claim are from him and they are in mexico...
is selling my music in places like bandcamp... so its not just an identity thefting... right now its a serious copyright infrigment... and allready its allready also a labels problem
i allready contacted NanoTech Records and Geomagnetic, because this sick person is claiming he have released material with them... (obviously a lie and their concern also)
he is so insane... that he made pretty profiles everywhere, even in the mixcloud where i dont have profile,
incluiding beatport (!)

so he buy stuff from beatport releases and then he sells the tracks in other stores... trying to make money...

D-Maniac was complaining about something like that the other day at FB, some guy got a track increased the bpm and posted it as his own track, strange people

wow... that's just obscene. However it's good to mention that I tried to click on the links to his soundcloud and facebook, and his soundcloud has no music on it at all, and I was not able to find his facebook page based on the link posted. So perhaps what you have already done has fixed part of the situation. Still beyond messed up that somebody would do that though.
