first thing, i din ask u guys to price it like 1 rupee entry or somethin, coz the way u ppl r actin up looks like dat, really don be stupid now, jus coz u ppl r faakin oldies or somethin on this forum u think u can talk anything and abuse other new people on this forum calling them names and jungli kutta n all??? Shame on u ppl, and some of u are supposed to be artists. wah wah, Nice Jungli Kutta imitation u ppl yourself are doing and setting up a good example of what this forum is for new ppl on this forum, isnt there a moderator to this forum, yes i may seem to u all like im new to this forum but im not new to the scene, i have seen the baap of all the things u have seen kiddos. so don just yap around ok?
my concern was pretty genuine. like i said i did not ask u guys to make the entry like 1 rupee or 50 paise. and i wasnt talking abt only the entry. i was talking abt the whole scene starting from the bus ride to bus ride and everything inbetween. The entry, the food, the beer, and the scores etc etc. if u look at all this overall it does kinda look like an expensive affair with reference to wat we are getting back and considering all kinda crowd, in general i mentioned keep the prices reasonable so that everyone is happy at the end of it, did u guys get it??? everyone happy, meaning u orgs shud also be happy. Got it? fools. if this is the kinda attitude u orgs or artists have fuck this festival man, there r a hundred other parties and fests that happen in or outside india, will go for any of it, not begging for here for parties and stuff. Bah! don want to go for any fest where the orgs or artists have such stupid attitude like this. i am not trying to pick on u guys and start a fight here, i guess my concern was genuine and u cud have answered in a more mature and cultured way. i swear this india section and the people in it including artists nowadays??? hufff. cartoon characters. |

dude.. u must've been to an overnight party at sum time or the other in the past.. with maybe 2 or max 3 guys on the lineup..
how much do u pay for entry?? lemme guess.. at least 500 ?
thats an 8 hour party with most probably 1 popular/famous act for 500
this is 96 hours of mayhem mate

I think the tickets are priced perfectly infact they are dirt cheap for the quality artists/venue.
Tickets was never the issue i believe, some friends told me food was the case the portions were too small for the prices they charged.
Some said their water bottle was seized at the entrance to SJ after party and a water bottle is basic.
These are not complaints thyre just very minor issues many of them including me will come for fest even with these minor issues no problems but could be avoided thats all. Just a thought not to start any argument/controversy. The orgs could have had their own reasons maybe they needed to cover up the costs of the fest via this channel.
All in all i still think the orgs pulled off a crazy fest in this side of the world so if these things cannot be fixed no worries we will always be there to support it.

I think, even the entry at the gate is not overpriced. 4K for 4 days sounds very reasonable considering the number of international acts and the innovative sound idea. And if it is too much there is still a possibility to get it at half the price if you plan early. What more can you ask? I have never been to SJ before and I have no idea about the price of the rest of the stuff like food and water there, so no comments on that. But either ways, the replies by one of the persons selling the pre sales ticket could have been better. Picking a fight in a pubic forum definitely does not convey a very nice idea about the festival.
Anyways see you all at Nepal. Looking forward to this.
