Wat an experience!
Had the most amazing time. Was so nice to share the stage with all the killer acts and to play for all u wonderful people. Im glad that you enjoyed my music as well.
@ Dogon.. small correction.... The guy who played after me was Kikx and not WSS. He played after Kikx  . Also happy to hear that, everybodys happy with the facilities this year.Big thanks to all the other artists for their killer sets. And a special one to Yidam for the fantastic opening!! Had a great time at the chillout zone, meeting people, exchanging thoughts/ideas . Was very fun filled!
Met so many people from different parts of the world. Great vibe. Also a special thanks to Carin and Becky for the excellent work on the deco. And to all my fellow mates from the crew for the excellent job of taking care of things round the clock and for ensuring everything went smooth and more importantly... safe and sound.
To all those people who missed it, for the fear of obvious reasons. Well u know now, how it is . So dont miss it next year.... Coz its gonna be bigger and better and more killer! 
See you all in '09.

One more SHANTIJATRA is over... The feeling, The venue, The musik still lingers on,... Thxn to Aseem, Rodney, Robin and all those involved in making this years festival yet another success... Words are not enough to describe the Shantiness, the energy and the vibes... Waiting for 2009. Hopefully it will be soon enough.

hey kriz do u notice sum1 rolling up stuff in this video ??? why must u put up such stuff on this forum ?!
u know how difficult it is nowdays to keep parties safe and let people party happily and its really risky to put up such stuff on isra u know... such videos can be held against orgz and party people and end of the day there will be no more trance parties festivals whatever..
dunno how the scene is at ur end but here its really tight...so please dont put up such stuff
U can take me away from the freaks...
but u can't take the freak out of me... |

Hello all, back to reality now.. 
I cannot describe better than what most people have here on the forum, so I'd just like to highlight the few things that made the experience the most memorable and fantastic one I've had all bloody year!
Breathtaking location, the sounds of the river were constantly playing in the background of the music, and made it dancing in the wild more real. 
The decor was minimilistic but completely effective especially at night!
The lasers on the hills on the opposite side of the river were absolutely wicked. 
The artists were perfectly selected, each had their own distinctive music styles and personalities, and played to perfection!
Personal Favs were (in order of preference): Polyphonia  , Babajelly, MDS, WSS, Kickx, Sumith, Shine, PsyD, Shivlink records (the morning set) and Totally upset that I dozed off during Zik, heard you played maaad!! 
The chill floor was perfect, great shift of moods and vibes throughout the party, only suggestion would be to have music playing there continuously, there were many breaks. 
The food was superbly organized, I think the rates for food and beverages were fine and the variety was much better than last year!
The local festive performances in the afternoon were great! The peacock totally tripped me out, but it was such an elegant perfomance by the locals!
Camping area and toilets and showers were conveniently located from the dance floors, and chill area and food. Great location again!
And last but not the least, the vibes! The beautiful smiling faces! Thanks to all of you! This time Shanti jatra was such a friendly environment, I'm happy I met all the new folks as well as the old ones! 
Fanatastic effort to the organizers! Cant wait for next year's edition, I understand it will be 4 days, and I cant wait!!

Awesome photos also seeing a lot of pics on FB each one of them a feast of the eyes. Looks like the party the location the vibes were amazing... Being optimistic I dont wanna feel bad that i missed but it has made my resolve to surelly make it to the next SJ!

and after after goodbye party @ Tantra bar with sets by Baba Jelly and Highko.
more madness and happiness and a colourful cultural experience next year @ Shanti Jatra 2009.

The videos are on youtube man, u don't need to check at the Isratrance forum, so does' t matter if u post it here or not, and btw orgas seems to not have any trouble with pics or videos as i said is a kind of promo.i think is more somes are affraid to bee seen by their parents or something
