Well if you book flight tickets now, then about 10,000 rupees for that. Then add 3000 bucks for jatra tickets, that is if you don't book them now. That is going to be your only payment in Indian currency. Once you get there, exchange rate will double your money so adding food plus accommodation, don't think you'll need more than Rs 10,000. There are loads of cheap places to stay in Nepal and if you are just traveling for Shanti Jatra, then you can just buy a tent and stay at the venue.
So this covers roti and makaan. I'm assuming you're a guy so you won't need to keep money aside for shopping. haha

Nepal has become a Federal Democratic Republic from today after the Constituent Assembly overwhelmingly voted for abolition of the country’s 240-year-old monarchy.
