where are all the parties that u paid 50 shekels to enter and everything inside was free of charge, today, every party take 70 shekels at least for entrance and most of the parties dont worth it.
i'm not talking about moksha that always give u something back .
i'm talking about parties with israeli line-up with not even single dj from other country.
when u do that, it's only for the benefit of the orginazers, cuz u dont need more than 10,000 shekels to throw a well orginaized party (u can throw a good one with alot less) but i'm talking about big party for 400 ppl with israeli line-up.
the orginazers coverd themself with 100-150 pll already , not manchening the bar.
so why reaping our pockets every week for nothing?????
that's something i'm thinking for a long time and just wanted to get of my cheast.

just wanna say thanx to the old orginazer's that keeps bringing us dj from all over the world( i think it's for the quality period, they arent making too much of it, only the joy of the crowd!! )

well, personally, to orginaizers i dont know, or line-up's i know dont worth it, i dont know if i'll keep going cuz they do it only for the money and not for the scene

yea i agree...even orgenizers like avi&zohar that are considerd to be (or so i think) not so commercial take about 100 shekels for a party
but i have to say but...thay do deliver a decent line up |

I was sitting her for a while trying to think when was the last time I went to a party and paid less than 80NIS (not including afterparties and hat parties). Can't remember and I don't think it's because of the 
Unfortunatly, Outdoor Parties became a 'scene' (how I hate this word...). With the demand came the supply and the prices went up. I don't think we're getting anything better than we did then (I'm not talking about parties with foreign artists) so I guess the only reason for the price is greed.
Should I remind you ppl that Greed is one of the seven deadly sins????

yeah,for me Greed is one of the top seven deadly sins, maybe its the worse...
its pure economics here, the more popular the product turn to, the more money the company will take for it, the problem is that its a nature party and usually there is no limited place there...

ye , i totaly agree
its all about greed this days, i remember the old days, the underground parties with 150 pll or more or less, everything was free of charge inside, i remember bringing some stuff and put it in a big tent and everyone was sharing so whats happened is realy sucks, I mentioned it erly this day that even in the patry i was last friday at the end they could have give away some free water to ppl but they didnt (in the party neatr chron) so its sucks
i can only be happy that i had the chance to participate in the old good one

i have been thinking exactly the same thought lately! Every weekend i find myself paying at least 70-80 nis, for a party with the same line-up (lish/sesto/pps/dotan/nikita/psycho micro)... don't get me wrong - i really love these guys, but if an organiser is gonna charge 80 nis for a party, then at least change the line-up & bring some act from abroad!

Huga I have only one problem with what u wrote.. the figures ( 10,000 ) is very wrong.. so start with making it twice ( if u want to make something nice for till 500 ppl )
if u want to make shitty little production u can go for 8000-10000

Yulik, U can make a very nice party for 10,000 for maybee 300 ppl all u need is enough people who will truly help u with this.
SoundSystem - 4000
DJ's - 1500
Decor - 1500
Logistics Vehicles and Petrol - 1000
Generator - 1000
and you have about 1000 left for Baltamim.
but you will need at least 10 people who will work with you (3 gates, 4 decor set up, 3 logistics and maintanance).
This is to be done only for the fun of it, since the 5000 NIS you get left (if u take 50 a the gate) that gets divided between several people is very little money for the effort.

Borris actually i know quite well how much u put in a 300 ppl party..
and i want to tell u that to pay all your lineup 1500nis is a shame ( and u r a dj btw i remind you )
Logistics vehicles and petrol u can triple it easily ( since u should rent a decent vehicle )
and 95% of the ppl in this world wont give their weekend for free ( luckily there are still those 5% )

boris,you forgot security (around 3000+),place (2000-10000),flyers+sms+mail+phone (1500-3000),some money for the workers (2000),sound is more then you wrote,dj's are more (will you come and play for 300 nis?why not?are you greedy?)...and i forgot more things.
