I am as confused about genres as any - what category would you put this into? Minimal, progressive, full-on, whatever...?

then i thought it was gonna be crap when the week bass and poor kick came in -
then i realized what you were doing and thought it was very good!

i'd say this was progressive, but who cares?

This is exactly what I like in psy trance, new sounds, cross genre, powerfull and can serve both the floor and the ears.

Amygdala, did you forgot how you did the track ? 
I'm sure you did some sound design there, at least you're not using the setups I know.for example the lead that starts at 3:50. It must have taken you some time to get it right.
Psy trance was boring if people were not trying to create new things and add cross genres bytes. PROSECT has my vote, be better of spend time creating new music instead of analyzing it to death.

True, true - and yes, I remember it well... I usually don't analyze music I hear, unless it inspires me greatly, but when it comes to my own - "I'm my own worst critic". I'm just curious as to where the "cross of genre bytes" comes in
