Woah man...you got yourself quiet a mission there....theres soooooo many, must be thousands.
Anyhow Ill just list some of the top of my head. GMS have done loads over the years, mostly named exactly like the movie/cartoon/game.
Jaws, Simpsons, Adams family, Star Wars, Gladiator, Requiem for a dream, Shrek just to name a few.
Star Wars has been sampled many times-
Last album by Twisted System has the Imperial March main theme, the voice samples are from somewhere else...space balls maybe.
Wishful Sinful by Psykovsky has some cool sounding Yoda samples from the new Episodes.
Lord of the Rings has been used a ton as well, recently by Tempus Fugit (The ring of power, Lord of the Nazghul and Dark Elf-Saurons madness).
Fear and loathing is another very popular one...the most famous one is propably the PSYSEX track as mentioned before (L.S.Dance) and Zik Matutero has also done it more recently.
