theres this track with the Mario background music, dont remember the name..
on second thoughts, almost every other track has a movie/cartoon/video game sample...

Try the Cyber Cartel album on Agitato, lots of cartoonsamples in that one.
Also, Dynamo - Maniac Saiko has a sample from Megatron from The Transformers. Cosmosis has a track with a sample from The Simpsons etc. etc. There are countless tracks really.

Sub6-Droid save the queen-Well this one is not from a video game,but neither from a movie, it's from an audio books from star wars(correct me if im wrong)sub6 knows how to deal with audio samples really nice!Respect for their work!!!
Silicon Sound- The shell-The samples here are from the anime movie Ghost in the shell
Well this are the ones that come out of my head of the well know movies sample tracks..try later to search for more good sample tracks

u can also try MR PECULIAR-charlie's trip.the samples are from "charlie and the chocolate factory",not a cartoon,but kind of child movie hehehhe but absolutely psychedelic!(i mean the original,not the re-edit with johnie depp)
