My apologies for not doing this previously - but having been recommended this forum as a place where people might fancy voting on the Morpheus Awards polls ... I appreciate that this site and forum ought to be included on the polls too.

So now you can vote for Israeli Trance here:
http://www.ephemerid.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/MorpheusMusic/awards2004.htm

Best Web Site and Best Forum/Email Group are the relevant categories.

Cheers
Paul

Hi,
Moe than happy to hear further suggestions for these categories.

We're not so much focussed on dance oriented electronica at Morpheus ... but any chillout, worldbeat or downtempo is of interest.

there was one track on ´sounds from the ground´ that I really didnt like (ten tons of dope... the thick-voice guy speaking is annoying, imo) .. appart from that one, which Im always skipping, this cd has been played many times here =)

hey morpheus.. more suggestions for cds:

abakus - that much closer to the sun
androcell - emotivision
kaya project - walking through
angel tears - vol 4. vision
pitch black - ape to angel
toires - majmar
adham shaikh - fusion
HUVA Network - distances
Aes Dana - Memory Shell

and probably a few others I dont remember (maybe there is some here that is already on the list.. not sure)

oh and btw, why not make a ´best compilation´ poll too? There were many nice chill/ambient/dub compilations in 2004

is he special? how ?

anyway.. I cant seem to like that vocal, and I´ve tried quite a few times... I like the rest of the track, but that vocal just makes me not enjoy it fully.. but I dont mind, the rest of the cd really got to me anyway, for sure worth it the buy

btw, I think there are 2 versions of this album right? Mine is from USA (got from backroadsmusic).. The saikosounds one has a different cover, it seems.. and the first track maybe its different (mine says USA VERSION)

(oops, I am used to off topic forum so I always get away from the original post haha.. sorry morpheus)

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions.

Not very patriotic though - no one has yet voted for this forum on the BEST FORUM/E-MAIL GROUP poll.
It's here if you want it:

No - that's true, but only by a couple of weeks.
We don't update much more than once a month or so.
That way when we do so - there is usually some change in the positions.

sherlockalien

Thanks again for those recommendations.
I added them hopefully to the right polls.

With these being late entries any help to publicise them being there would be appreciated - the more fair the polls are the better.

Cheers
