Besides the fact that i love and appreciate South African produced trance...
I'm would love...(like many other trance lubbers out there....) for more international acts.... namely israeli acts..to come down to Cape Town..
The crowd in the western cape would embrace them with open arms.... were they to come down!
when will astral projection grace SA soil...?
thoughts of psysex......
and many many more.....
woulnd't we all love to see goa gil spinning some kick-ass tunes?

I think you should address party organizers down there, that apart from Skazi and IM in the millennium never booked any Israeli act. |

Heya....
The people in Cape Town...would absolutely.. love to have more Israeli acts down here... Our respect for the trance produced in that vicinity is out of this world... For me...at least... no other nationality does produce better rounded trance.
Do you think that the main reason that they haven't come down yet...is simply because of the fact that the local organisers haven't asked them to come down?
Just curious.

adrian boet, it could very well be the reason. there are many israeli acts that are flying lank round the globe, going to U.S, Japan, Europe, heck, even Zambia. i think if you push harder on the orgenizers (Or become one yourself), you'll find out that many israeli acts would love 2 come over to ZA and shake some booty ;-)
think of a rave on top of the table mount.. hmmm |

I ain't gonna sleep (well actually i will...just a figurative....statement) until we get Israeli's coming down here, enjoying themselves..... and telling their Israeli trance-producing buddies to come on down here...
One up.... i do see that Infected mushroom are going to be gracing cape town with another appearance and there are a lotta great acts coming down...through alien safari....
i actually wonder who vortex are going to bring down this year....

boey, why are you using so many dots in a sentence? u writing posts while being stoned? ;-)
any way, i say - take the initiative: organize a party, contact ppl from israel, or, in the words from the movie "wayne's world": "invite the artists, and they will come". im sure ppl here would b more than delighted to assist.
so keep the flames burning down there :-)

i think that what you should do is, first talk whit eather & gerant (vortex pro) , and ofer it to them . i'm shoure the will be open to bring israeli trance artist , because cape town ppl die on israeli music and artist .
any way , good luck and maybe i will see you in cape town soon , it's amayzing place.

They're not all Israeli but they're all damn good in my books.
Anyways, Analog pussy and Psysex replied.
They both said that they'd love to come down to Cape Town or South Africa but have NEVER been invited!
Unfortunately, I don't know the organisers of vortex or alien safari personally, but I have sent them messages via email, suggesting that they bring some new artists down here to Cape Town.
I'd love to bring down all the artists myself, but unfortunately money is needed. Something I don't have much of at present.

Hey Hey man,
there's plenty of dudes who've hit ZA Trance scene in the past couple years we've no doubt been spoilt in that front, but then also i reckon that you gotta check it from the point of view of the dude who's playing down here. there's probably only one or two gigs he'll do the whole time and it's not the closest to where the majority of large trance producing studios are now a days. and also wether or not it's true i don't know ( i'd dig some feed back on this front if any has info cause i tend to be a skeptical bastard when dudes release names so far in advance,) but the line up for the next season includeds the likes of GMS Infected koxbox huxflux absolum? joti sidhu and many others, fucking sick and those are no doubt among the best acts at the moment no? if this is true i see no reason to complain.

No..no problem with the acts and dj's coming down here!!!
looks like it's gonna be a kick-ass season!
but imagine.... even more artists coming down....
much more regularly.....and harder than before.
different artists we haven't seen before causing havoc in the beautiful landscapes of the Cape...
