One thing I want to know is if you can sync the VCO to start from the same phase position. I know you can sync VCOs so I assume that my having only the slave VCO in the mix would give that result?
I would rather not having to sample notes like I did with the sh-101...

some have issu with tuning, it can take to one hour or even more to get in tune , i have read it s cause the vco is too close from the alimentation or something like this.. it dont hapen in the little phatty

nope no osc phase lock......
but im having some result usin the lfo as an osc source, up too 500hz (which is syncable to note trigger)
and the sound..very MOOGISH
ill get more in depth when i stop doing moog interludes and find its limits

precision mode.....fucking wow
instaed of the usual 0-127 increments moog now give upwards of 4000 steps for some serious dialing in of stuff
also sends and recieves on different midi channels
all knobs can be reassigned..effectively making each patch a performance
eg all four knobs could be used for the filt or whatever
in basic the layout and build are fucking excellent and a bit of a breath of fresh air
finally a synth that gets me
filters are warm and incredibly smooth
oscs are not too bright and more botom end than oprah
at first i thought the knobs were a bit big but given the fact that every pareameter has a crazy amount of increments it would be pointless to have anything else
plus they feel like old gear (or an old oven)
given what it does and how it sounds imho
if there was ever a synth you would leave the wife for this would be it
only £570,,,,,,bargain
but ive only had it half a day and im still a bit blown away so i might be listening too it with warm silky analogue ear muffs

damn you make me lust one again, it was over but my gaz is coming back..still have afraid of the tuning issue with the luck i have with gears i m sure to have it.
have you played with the overdrive? it sound great imo

Can't wait to get mine, even if it means recoding the audio in and choosing the bassline notes to loop. Good ol' analog way of making music...very CPU efficient

yeah i m thinking to the mono lancet too ,sound less modern and it s cheaper.. out of the new cheap analogs synth it s one with the most vintage caractere to me, a futur classic synth !
waiting for namm show if some cool new synth are annonced, i have read on gearslutz moog may annonce a new one

TOOK 3.5 hours to come into tune
but it was well below zero last night
fucking bitch of a synth,,,,
but in the end ....more than worth it
i feel sad for you non moogers
