Monks was incredible. They are now up there in my eyes with Ghreg on Earth as the top two US acts. And it was a pleasure to hang out with them after the party.
Zero Point, great job. Excellent choice bringing the Monks.

After seeing the monks in arkansas and now austin, I'm glad to say they're a solid 2 for 2 in my experience. Very good production, insane noises, and a strong dancefloor sensibility. Can't wait to see em again somewhere!
Nice tunes from jeff and jimo as well. Crowd had good vibes, overall I had a wonderful night. Big thanks to everybody that made it happen.

yes the Monks were nothing short of spectacular! Some seriously insane stomping tracks, just the way we like em!

I have a few more minutes here to add to my review. Sylph and Vampyramorpha truly started the stomp fest proper around midnight. These guys know how to throw down some powerful dancefloor treats. Plus Jef was rockin the Spawn costume during his set, it was the first time i've seen a Marvel comic book character shred the decks at around 150 BPM!!!!
Definitely need to see them play in more cities. Hopefully we'll get you guys to play again on the west coast.
I'll have my pics posted on Tribe and Myspace in a few days. Take it sleazy.

You guys played a freakin storming set for sure. Definitely alot of full power stompatron action from the Monks. I like the techy edge alot, really bangin stuff!
Promoters take note: Book Monks of Madness for your party, they will send it into a psychedelic dervish...
