you can disconnect from the internet and reconnect in 20 sec and you will have a new ip so you can download the next file. if disconnecting doesn't help try disconnecting your modem from the power and connect in 20-30 sec, that helps usually.
if you have a router then u can enter the router and disconnect and reconnect from there, thats what i do and it always works. |

most people dont have static ip, you have to ask your provider for a static ip. |
