You don't know shit Anders!
Wacth out for the left upper!!
I'm sure you thought Minotauro would win also. And both of them, got their asses kicked.
Silva was respecting too much. He's not an octagon man. There, he can't kick people's faces on the ground like he does/did on Pride (even against Rampage).
Now, Mauricio Shogun vs. Marc "The Hammer" Coleman.
This one will be nice, but still, easy for Shogun. |

Coming up is UFC 93 in 9 days with a good looking fightcard.
copy/paste:
Dan Henderson vs. Rich Franklin
Mauricio Rua vs. Mark Coleman
Tomasz Drwal vs. Ivan Serati
Jeremy Horn vs. Rousimar Palhares
Tom Egan vs. John Hathaway
Marcus Davis vs. Chris Lytle
Nate Mohr vs. Dennis Siver
Alan Belcher vs. Denis Kang
Eric Schafer vs. Antonio Mendes
Martin Kampmann vs. Alexandre Barros
Im sure most of you know that Dan Henderson is the PRIDE champion, and pride has been bought by Zappa who in order owns UFC who in order killed the pride project. Yay for capitalism..........

fuck i was soo pissed off after ufc 92
great fight i must admit tho....
silva....good start....but rampage got lucky.....boom!!
nogueira....mir impressed a lot...never seen him like that.....but minotauro never actually came out of his training....
forrest....fuck fuck fuck!!!....he had in his hands but rashad is really something special.....what an athlete
also the new "kicker" guy impressed me.....the one who craked that knee
btw...interesting documentary on UFC by national geographic....lots of tests and experiments that go to show how powerful these guys are (punch like a pro boxer, kick like a muya thai pro etc)....how conditioned....how resistant to damage...some astonishing facts....
ex. the boxing glove compared to the ufc glove despite having more protections (6:2) only takes a 10% of damage away.....
boom

Yep the ufc gloves is not designed to protect the object getting hit but only designed to protect the knuckles. Perhaps it is not enough. I am not a big fan of cuts and blood. But the refs in UFC is usually very talented when it comes to stopping fights.
But there was 1 titlefight between Joe Stevenson and Bj Penn that was horrible, Herb Dean shouldve stopped the fight. He didnt.

What happened Anders??
When I got home, they were showing UFC 3, with Gracie and Ken Shamrock, the last, got his ass kicked.
So nostalgic!!

Bj Penn caught Joe Stevenson with a huge elbow from top position. Cut up the forehead of Joe Stevenson who unfortunatly didnt respond very well to the adrenalin they put in the cut between round 2 and 3. I have never seen a cut bleed that much before, it was horrible. The floor was covered in red. But i guess Herb Dean had a better look at the cut than me so he didnt think it was in a dangerous place. Anyways if there is alot of blood involved they should stop the fight, i mean its not a gorefest, its a competition. You snooze you loose.

Today is UFC95!
Here is the fightcard:
Demian Maia vs. Chael Sonnen
Diego Sanchez vs. Joe Stevenson
Nate Marquardt vs. Wilson Gouveia
Dan Hardy vs. Rory Markham
Troy Mandaloniz vs. Paul Kelly
Junior dos Santos vs. Stefan Struve
Josh Koscheck vs. Paulo Thiago
Neil Grove vs. Mike Ciesnolevicz
Per Eklund vs. Evan Dunham
Terry Etim vs. Brian Cobb
Only truly intresting bout for me is Per Eklund vs Evan Dunham, since Per Eklund is the first and currently only swedish fighter signed in the ufc.

Eklund got bitchslapped to sleep in the very first round. What a dissapointment for us swedes. I hope the rest of the event is better, but the fightcard is weak imo.
