there is so many minimal artists i got like 1200+ minimal tracks.
my best artists i think are probaly like:
tempest
mano
comadura
kriptus
namhaj
tantrumz
sector
fuom
some of the older artists
like
cujo (aka neotone, front minimale, handbuch, autopsy, tenka)cujo=quality
namhaj and tantrumz are from australia they also quality.
alot of the older stuck like lish and pps are also good, but they are getting old.
anything that gets released these days is generally shit, i cant find any good cds these days.
I get all my tracks off the net, usually from the artists themselves, but somtimes from people that got the tracks from the artists.
either way its not signed or released so its free to trade, unless the artists is a tight ass and does not want his tracks shared, but then he mustnt give them out in perfect playable format or condition, its so easy to put glitches in a track etc. this is my point for the piracy forum but i put it here cause i dont want to get into that bullshit.
well there is literally 100s of minimal artists out there these days making tracks but not even 1% of that gets released, the hole trance scene is releasing full on, cheesy, homosexual, shit! HAHA
well in my opinion.
so you are right there is no KNOWN artists but from SA that make minimal, but now there is. me and my friend seth make trance and now you know 2 :)
shit like pps and lish are barly minimal, if you hear the new stuff like tempest and mano and kriptus not to mention the 100s more you will see what im trying to say, if you want anything like this me must get onto IRC and i can easily send you tracks.
Also if anyone has http space or a good ftp server that i can up my tracks to please let me know.
ok theres a story, well i type kinda fast so it wasnt a mission to type this, by the way.
nice to speak to minimal like-ing people!!!!

this is djruth site, this is the only artist that makes minimal and has a DJ in his name i spoke to him about it and asked him why he called himself that he is just stoner like the rest of us and think the hole name thing is stupid and people call him ruth so the name stick and like, thats what he call so dont think this is some lame hard house shit or somthing, there is more minimal on the net you just have to find it. |
