This topic is about minimal, not just minimal trance, neither minimal techno, but of the wide spectrum of minimal styles that have been appearing recently.
After enjoying some popularity during the late 90's with minimal trance artists such as XV Kilist,Paps, Yumade or the ever present (but underground) minimal techno scene with artists such as Richie Hawtin aka Plastikman and others, there was a decline in interest as we progressed further into the next millenium. Minimal Trance either became Progressive trance or faded away into oblivion, and Minimal techno remained sooo underground that few people knew of its existence, however things have been changing recently, Minimal Techno is now hot and everywhere, Minimal Trance is being resurrected (anyone has checked out the new Xv Kilist and Rocco's album?) There are also new hybrids such as minimal house or electro and even producers who call their style, just minimal or minimalism.
One of the most interesting aspects of this genre is the desire for innovation and the quest for new sounds, other interesting thing about it is that most of this music is intended to trip and instrospect with it, more than to feel it (although there are exceptions of course) This is something that in my humble opinion makes it part of the family of psychedelic music, even though this is expressed in a totally different context.
I'd like to offer a list of some artists and labels who've stepped into this wave such as:

note that this list is just a stub and incomplete so it'd be good if people interested in this topic would suggest more labels/artists would be awesome, finally as a conclusion i'd like to say that it would be very interesting to know the opinion of everybody who read the article, even if they have a passion for this kind of music or not please share your thoughts on this subject with the other forum members, (in a respectful and friendly way please  )
also all kind of questions are welcome.

I like other kinda minimal like the cujorius one, minimal criminal, krumelur, bufo, tribalistic society, hedonix, meelo, etc... a darker minimal shall we say

Nice, on her web page it says that she's Playing @ Play club, it is a nice small place but with great crowd on north of Mexico city, concerning the other labels, I heard the stuff from mobilee I still haven't heard them but i will when I have the time, mobilee's stuff is wicked, thanks for sharing it

i luv dark minimal like sensient from australia he.s the best ever!
if he ever comes to mexico i.d really like to see him .. krumelur is
really good too... nd i luv trentemoller.s music .. i really wish the minimal secene rises up again instead of all the fullon shit we.re having right now .. 4 me it.s only minimal nd dark power  but i keep lookin 4 the old stuff to find some good minimal trance i dont know any producers in mexico but u .. and i dont even know if u still producing i like ur music forza: )

yes i'm still producing and i'm about to release an EP for september with Sounds of Earth.
right now i'm more focused on minimal and techno, techhouse, this kind of minimal is very different from krumelur or sensient, and the EP i'm gonna release has music from my transition between trance, and these new styles, but more of my tracks are on the way on compilations from Flow Mexico and other labels, as soon as the release is ready i'm gonna post more info about this. Right now i'm saving all this new production until september (although those who've heard my live recently know the new style) hehehe, cheers my friend, best vibes
