Mindwaves-Music was born out of the Noise Poison Label crew from Berlin in the end of 2005 by Pat.T and Jus10, also known as the DJ-duo ChillinBerlin.
Completed in 2007 by Z-Neo sound designer of the psytrance project Naked Tourist, they aim to showcase the finest (in their point of view) of experimental downtempo electronica and intelligent or even indefinable chill beats.
Their first release “Plantation” includes 10 (plus bonus) carefully chosen tracks from artists around the globe. From their views of the electronic dub worlds, a coherent story and soundscape is created.

Received my copy today and am extremely happy to have this album. Only listened to it once so far, but at the moment it's my favorite dub comp, hands down.
Especially given the less overtly "psy" dub releases from interchill and the heavy world music influence in other recent releases like OTT, this is just what I've been missing lately. Straight up twisted electronic takes on the reggae dub vibe. |

got my copy few days ago and took my time to listen to it carefully...and for now i really think its one of the best psydub compilation i ever heard!...and not just beacuse im part of it
every artist on it got a different unique way of looking psydub..and its expressed by many different styles of this genere..every track its in different color..new and special..
a killer start for mindwaves music!
and again..im really happy that i could be part of it! tnx patty and jus10..keep up my friends!
