CRX you get in the hall of fame for being an outstanding artist not an outstanding person.

Dont confuse things.

And to be honest with you yes what he did (if he did it) was wrong but you have to put yourself in the place of a man who had everything but still couldnt even walk out of his house without a huge escort of bodyguards and motorcycles and dressed in disguise.People like Michael Jackson who have everything and are worldwide famous sooner or later cant handle all this money, success and fame and become crazy and obsessed with various things that a normal person wouldnt even think about. We are talking about a person who couldnt even tell who is a real friend and who is next to him just for his money and fame, this is a very very sad situation trust me.

This is the price of stardom unfortunately and Michael's example is just one in the endless list of self destructive artists and people who served the system but in the end were killed by it because in my humble opinion its the star system that killed Michael Jackson and not his heart failure.

As an artist Michael Jackson is part of the hall of fame,on top of the hall of fame i dare to say,as a person he will be judged by God and not by us because only him and God know what he did if he did anything.

Dont judge so that you wont be judged and like i said before every man and woman have their own passions and their own sins to hide.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

A big part of being a child in the 80's and 90's was listening to MJ.

And he was also a good musician for a decade, very innovative in his genre.

What I fear is that he becomes a real zombie and chase kids in the dark O_O           "The dedication to repetition — the search for nirvana in a single held tone or an endlessly cycling rhythm — is one of electronic music's noblest gestures."

everyone is entitled to his opinion
sorry for being radical but thats how i feel about Child Peddlers
my advice is never spend moeny on this thing
instead rip him of and donate the equal amount of a cd in one of the following institutions and organizations

You could at least, show some f. respect for a huge artist such as MJ.

He had his flaws, as I imagine you have plenty as well.

A few points:

Child abuse is a pretty serious thing. It can REALLY mess up a childs life. So if many people lost all respect for MJ for the allegations that he abused children, it is to be EXPECTED. And you really can't blame them no matter how incredible MJ was as an artist.

But then again, child abusers and their "sick minds" are just a product of our collective idea about sex which highly repressed, twisted and sick. Only in a few places like burningman and the amazon jungle can you begin to feel somewhat free about sex and our bodies. Everywhere else is complete taboo, no matter how liberal your community may be, I mean even among nudist societies sex is still very much taboo on many levels.

And thats why all these sick fetiches come up everywhere in our society. Think about it: if we condemn sex as an evil dirty twisted thing naturally people will associate sex with precisely that: something evil, twisted and dirty. And so in turn will develop weird, twisted and sick turn ons and fetiches. No coincidence, it all maps perfectly with our collective views on sex in our society. Yup..

Now MJ obviously had incredible talent, and may he rest in peace and big respect to him.

But what the fuck does this have to do with trance? Like who are we kidding, this is all a matter of TASTE. Period. There are thousands of people that die each day, and nobody mentions them here when each and everyone of them deserves a blessing as much as MJ does. So is there really something that connects the king of pop with psychedelic trance? I mean if we had announced Pink Floyds Rich Right death on this section it would be more of a fit than MJ, right? So maybe this topic would fit better in the music section. Unfortunately very few people go to that section, which is probably the true reason it was posted in the trance section.

Anyways, respect to MJ, he indeed had a lot of talent.

Dance? kind of a broad connection. And if we go by those standards we might as well get rid of all the other sections on the forum and post it all in here.

Anyways, who cares, he is a pretty awesome dancer. hehe
