well, i finally got around to writing about this party...
first off: It was Freaking COLD!
sound: pretty good sound system, but since they relied on a single power source for the amplification AND lighting and smoke machine, Nadi's set was not my idea of fun.
Crowd: great mix, beautiful boys and gals.
Venue: I'm sorry, was i the only one who felt cramped? a ticon set should be played at a bigger floor, imo. it was so crowded i felt choked at times. other than that, nice place for a smaller-scale party.
Music: i came there at about 2:00 so i cought nadi in mid-set. unfortunatley, all those power breaks made the set last way too long and it's proggression was frequently cut off. it was enjoyable, none the less. ticon gave an impressive set, featuring classics such as mammoth hunters and der dritte raum. but at some point at 5:30, i felt i couldnt stand anymore. i had smoked way too much that evening, and was feeling very tired.
Summary: a good party, clowded by little room to move and some power failures. i want to hear ticon in one of those big ass festivals, like they did in the TDE 2 years ago. now, THAT would be somthing, huh?
