Aluxe you're big motivator and positive guy no doubt. I don't doubt in any positive energy I doubt that we must wait to begin with anything and I doubt in expectations due to a certain date which this topic is about. I doubt also in all this esoteric doctrine - which simply never touched me personally in any way.
We don't really need to open ourself later because someone claims armageddon is near or somebody else claims the opposite, that at this date a new special positive energy will rise.
We can open at once when we want or keep staying open for light and good, brighten&widen our consciousness and just be good and this each day - yesterday as well as tomorrow or on 21.12.2012.
I don't see absolutely nothing will be much better or much worse than today or yesterday or years ago and anyways I'd like to stay as I am. Just feel your inner and follow the path, no need to believe in any unown unconvinced messages, imo it's better to belive what really touches and convinces one.
For me all parts are important and each one is important and all spirits are connected. If we feel an appetite for a change than the right time is now in the same second and at once, not on a certain date in future.
Forget to expect from others and start to trust in your inner. Love is all around and we can feel it if we really want, and only together we can feel this expirience at its highest range.
Eversinced I heard about this date and observed the big hype about it I found it amusing but I was never negative minded against the belivers of this doctrine - which for me is a delusion.
Imo there is also nothing to fear.. that's my view of points.

totally. You got to feel it no doubt and sometimes 2012 sounds like a big cheesy new age commercial.. hehe no doubt. I guess 2012 will come and go and the problems we face in the world will still be there for us to look at or ignore. So the date is most likely just irrelevant, but I get really exited about creating something together with many people in the world. Then its like magic.. the day that many people put their foot down for something big and and good. So that's the appeal I have for the date.. the vision of banding together for a real positive change.
And maybe we give meaning to 2012 because we really yearn for this change.. so if it wasn't that Maya prophecy this sense that the time is now would be projected on to some other prophecy or event. Maybe it's like that saying "more often we see things not as they are, but as we are". So perhaps the need for change is really coming from within us, and we just project it out into everything.. like a Maya prophecy. But its really that we want the fucking change. So I hope so. And not that this world isn't exiting as it is now but there are many red flags asking urgently for a change I think.. plus maybe its our time to evolve into something new that we could have never imagined for ourselves which may be more in the realm of our true potential. Banding together to shed our insecure human mindset that is so much based on fear and blossom together into a new kind of consciousness that is more grounded in a love and positivity. You know? less fear. more love. Less work, more community, less waste or resources, more sharing, more possibilities. Less needy people, more healthy system in touch with nature and our feelings and what we feel deeply in our soul. |

A friend of mine was asked last weekend what his plans for the date were.
His reply: "I'm going to buy an issue of Cosmo Magazine and masturbate to it in a Wal-Mart bathroom."
I just think that's hilarious.

there will be so many stupid parties which write the end of the calender or the end of the world on the flyer and be as boring as always. i do not want to compete with them on that day and we postpone our plans for 2013. which is the year zero , no?
and on the 21. i guess i wont do anything special either. but travel a bit, enjoy the holidays and thats it.

Well I am not such a believer on all this stuff but for sure I want to party that day, I also haven't attended a festival in a couple of year so this seems like the perfect excuse:

We discussed this topic a little bit most of us agreed that mayans, according to serious archeologist, didn't make any "end of the world" prophecy, it's just a new cycle in their calendar.

If you believe that tenacious anachronistic metaphor is the same as forbidden higher knowledge, there's no reason why you shouldn't also believe in Ragnarök. After all, no other doomsday prophecy has been taken less seriously, therefore no other prophecy is closer to the literal truth. I can't wait for Ragnarök to come so that I can finally become a better person than I am right now!

I will tell you all this much;
i was out today (last day of 2012) on the streets it seems like everyone was driving faster . in such a rush going nowhere in particular. They just want to be done with 2012 as soon as possible.. so much haste must be a romance for death. Every second is a second closer to death. a yearning for her embrace. She will love us forever.
