any track i will use will have its own credit for the artist name etc...

Yeah, well, any music that is copyrighted and is monitored by any mechanical rights organization like BIEM or NCB cannot be used in any form of meadia without paying. Sorry, but thats the way it goes. If an artist or the label the track is released on is a member of such organization they cannot give the permission themselves. |

Ye Omniholic, i know but if the artist want to release the track for use in a film i think he can do it...
his is why i post this thread to collect as many music as i can for use and make the film

If the track ever was_released_and any mechanical rights organization is taking care of the rights the artist CAN NOT give it to anyone for any use! Unreleased material that is not monitored by any such organization can be used in a film, but if you use a track that is listed by a mechanical rights organization you will have to pay for the use of it if they find out, and its quite expensive too. So be sure of the material you use... |

This is why i posted this thread. At the moment there is no money involved (hopefully will) and i know its expensive too, but i believe that i get exactly what i want at the end
there are many artist and thanks for all of Ya so far who replied with the will to let me use their track.
