May I use your track for my film?

hello ppl,
Im doing a long film on trance music and its culture, based on true experience in a psychadelic festival.
Therefore, Im looking for anyone who can give me permission to use their tracks for free.
There is no money involved (im doing it from love to music and trance) but any track i will use would have its own credit...
anyone can respons and new artists are most welcome

Just a thought - Artists are using movies in their trax constantly, yet no one has ever asked for permission from the movie producers. So why should you ask permission from the artists to use parts of their work in your movie?
I know...I know...it was more of a joke, but still, an interesting line of thought, no?

Well sure if Highdude wants to use a 10 second fade in/fade out grab of my track with effects panning and eq's all over it he is most welcome...  |

I saw some of the footage for this film and it rocks.
I know what's behind this film, and it's pure will to make a documentry for US the trance lovers.
Go on, give your music out. You will love the outcome!!!!!! and we will all thank you!!!!

Hey again,
took me a while to answer but im back...
thanks for all your reply , everything is helpfull and i keep all of ya up to date on whats going on while doing it.
no one gonna miss the film , the outcome going to be on DVD. and my plan is to finish it at the beginnig of next summer , about july 2004.
