I just wonder. if you have 15 DJ's in 18 hours (some of the DJ's are quite big names) how much will each DJ play. and how much will he get paid??
I don't think that sticking 15 DJ's is a good Idea.
it's much wiser to do a party like this with only 1 or 2 big names and 2-3 more supporting acts.
don't you think??

well borris, how can you be confident that they all show up? remember in the TLV? IM were supposed to go on, and so was cosma and Xerox. but they never came.
besides, 15 hours is a lot. and i belive not every DJ there is going to perform, but rather have his music played by someone else. anyway, im not going. i saw the official invites. and it reeks of shimoniada. |

This event sounds like the SHIMONIADA of the year...

Guy, After you left, he played a set. BUT, and that's one big BUT, b4 him was DJ eyal Yankovich, which gave a Horrible set. ppl literaly ran away from the dance floor to the terrase outside.
poor keinan.. when he played it was only me and 4 more ppl inside, and by the time he was finishing up, ppl started folding chairs and sweeping the floor. how stupid. |

yes, it was horrific. but Keinan's set was arguably the best that evening. he was lucky, coz in his set the sound system outside didnt fail once. |

Well. As far as I know Manuel and Mahasuka will be there.
There will be no Clubbers, they go only to established clubs, and in the summer they to like the open outdoors (Pacha, Octopus).
There will be alot of people of all types (also the ones U call shimons) or there will be not so many people. I think the promoter is doing the event for money and not for music. But if I would have been a partner to some of that money than I would have no objectins to that. Even trance artists have to make a living.
Also I will be there since I have some buisness to conduct both with Manues and Mahasuka, and Also with the promoter of this event. (he is also organising the Huga festival).
also my magazine might be interested insome photos. But then again I'm also going to hear Tiesto and Circulation on Friday at Nitzanim.
