Yes people have CHANGED BIG TIME, all villages are linked with electricity except kheerganga! and scenery is still very beautiful after kheerganga.
And yes Kumaon is a good time in May, for some pictures follow this link.

kheerganga no electricity still, kalga i think there is power since power plant is also being made in that region.

BUT I REALLY HATE THAT STADIUM.WE HAVE LOTS OFF LAND FOR STADIUM WHY DHARMSHALA.?
im just come back from dharmshala,its so crwded because of this fuckin match..i love my gov. if the government would have been one man. i defentaly shoot that bastured....
