Whoaaa ... do they have sushi?
Headed for a few days of quiet time... the mountains are sublime... and that fullon and darkpsy playing at the occasional cafe was probably the most annoying thing out there. really vibed more with the ancient hindi film songs on the buses... more in pace with the mood.
Stiching some photo's together... shall post soon.

No sushi but the food is awesome. Many of the cafes we went to we would start with psychedelic chill/ambient and go on to trance as the day/vibe goes by.
But it is less than ideal hearing trance on those small speakers which is main factor that makes it annoying. No bass response and sharp high frequencies annoying the ears.

For some Italian food in manali side, try the Ill Forno on the Hadimba temple road.. the best Italian food by a long shot.
If you prefer Chinese/Tibetan... try Chopsticks on the mall road.
Also Freedom Cafe in Vashishta is pretty good.
Have a Good time to all headed up there.
