Trust me Anything beyond kheerganga is magic, if you like nature although you would need a tent, stove and food plus some lucy and you will be one of the happiest souls in parvati valley if not the happiest.

hello everyone....
this august i am planning to visit manali and spend 7-10 days on what the place has to offer. I am very keen on trekking and doing my walks to see the nature, and naturally very keen on the chocolates. If anyone could guide me in the right direction it would be wonderful.
Peace |

Keylong :- As though u wont have time to explore this place but has many monasteries & more importantly the last Petrol Pump up till Leh!!!
Jispa :- A beautiful Campsite with good greenery (A rare Sight after u cross gramphoo)
Deepaktal :- A beautiful lake but dont jus see it from the roadside walk to the other side of the lake & believe me it's much better view from there
Surajtal :- This too is a beautiful High Altitude Lake with a very Turquoise Colour to it!
Baralacha La :- 1 of the highest motarable passes in the world, the views from there are well Jaw dropping to say the least!
well the other side of Baralacha La i have not gone to so cant really comment but the area near Tso Moriri is suppose to the be the Highlight of the whole Road trip so that should be sumthing to worth remembering ur whole lifetime
it normally takes 2 days from Manali to Leh but if u cud break it to 3 days then u can really see these places properly
the problem with valuing art is, till u dont understand it, it's worthless but wen u do understand it, it's priceless!! |

Hello guys,
I will be attempting Pin Parvati pass
(5303 m) by the 5th of august and looking for a people who might be interested in joining.
We are 2 of us right now, and we add the porter also which makes it 3.
This is the Route > Kalga > Kheerganga > TundaBhoj > ThakurKuan > Odi thach > Mantalai > Pass base camp(Parvati side) > Pass base camp(Pin side) > Chhochodem > Mudh.
Approximate days are 10 (if the sky holds its colour)
The trek require high level of fitness, and it is very difficult after Mantalai with glacier crossings and crevasses upto the Pass...there will be no guides as such, its alpine style with a Map and some luck.
PM me if interested, the trek will go on with 3 people if i dont find people irrespectively.
