Party happening everywhere. Things looked cool in Manali but no deception.. Stay out of The commercial Power, stay close to the communities up there.

hiya pplzzz.... jeez i thought this thread was blocked or deleted.... relief at last....
so i've finally decided to head up da mountains - manali (at last) and would like to know wen is the best time as ive planned a mid may travel plan for now...
firstly howz da weather der...
secondly best place to stay...
thirdly, sights to see or should i say not miss...
this is going to be only a 15day trip for now so want to make da most of it...
