I am heading to kasol , parvati valley during first week of july..this is my first trip to this area..would like to any good places to stay ..any info on places to stay will be appreciated..also any info on the weather now?

is end july a good time to go to parvati valley??? i ask only with refernce to the rains .... does it rain a lot up there and will i be stuck due to land slide???? |

Are you pressed for time ? If yes
Then i can assure you out of my experiences landslides rarely happen beyond jari ( Although there is one part of the road before Jari which is prone to landslides ) and if there are landslide they are usually taken care of with bulldozers quickly within hours since it blocks traffic.
But if the whole road has come down, then my friend still dont you worry..you can trek next to the river... there is always an exit in the mountains.

its snowing its bout six feet now in old manali n its cold n really no sun nothin bad weather ...
