@ Yidam >> me and shroomz have a plan set for 6th april as if now, we still have to sort out the exact places of visiting...we might head to uttanchal as well and moreover if LEH highway is open might go to leh then hehe greedy for mountains..have seen too much of parvati now 
But if the highway is closed, may im definately going.

Oh btw if i do go in MAY i would be interested in knowing if someone is ready for some biking till leh from manali, or maybe biking from srinagar to leh through the mighty Zojila pass.

Spare some time to read ^ the above mentioned blog, some ordinary pictures there ( quality wise ) but the blog it worth the time if someone i planning to do a srinagar - leh.

Aaha! A few of us will be heading out from Delhi on the 5th night or 6th morning. Heading towards the Kullu Valley... no specifics yet but we're looking as spending some time in both Manali and Kasol. Short one weeker.
shroomz! will be great to finally rendezvous. keep me updated on the plans. i'll PM ya when we figure out the details too. |

@yidam - just a suggestion brotheer... dont go manali... manali is too commercial ... locals hate indians, dealers approaching u everywhere, cant get a meal for less than Rs.150... rather stay in Vashisht and get lost in the forest on that side
or even better... just head to Parvati V...stick to Kasol..make Kasol your base camp and travel around Parvati Valley... Barshani Solang Tosh Kalga Pulga Kheerganga..... and of cos... Malalalalalana
Get lost in the forests with Lucy... get your life sorted ;-)

People up there in the mountains at Kasol, Manali and other adjoining places please update the parties and the scene out there... As again this year many people from overseas will be travelling around the regions in North to get their ASSES punched up! |
