There are jus overnight buses and they are pretty ok ..
@Dogon .. My tentative dates are 5th - 22nd April ..

They have volvo's operational as well, it departs from chanderlok building in janpath ( connought place ) and himachal bhavan.
ticket to manali is 815rs

Heading to Delhi for an expo happening around the first week of April. Since you guys have got the wheels turning I'm gonna try taking a week off post work.
Ashamed to say that I've never done the traveller trail... closest was a trek to Gharwal and Saattal eons ago and a family holiday to Manali before I could even walk... so yeah... been itchin n' glitchin to get out there. Whenr you guys going ? 1st/2nd/3rd week? Would be great to head out with some likeminds... Parvati shanti all the way!
